Ce dialogue fictif entre Robert Owen, fondateur de l’Association de toutes les classes de toutes les nations, et un inconnu désirant comprendre ce qu’elle est, permet à Owen de présenter son projet de réforme sociale fondamentale et d’en argumenter la pertinence dans la critique des institutions.
